Our Coffee
Roasting speciality coffee since 2014, we source our green beans from establised speciality coffee traders. As bean miles grows, so too will our portfolio of coffee origins and styles to suit all occasions and tastes.
We aim to get the very best characteristics from the bean to give you an excellent cup of coffee.
Our Technology
bean miles state-of-the-art coffee roaster is the FZ-94 from Coffee-Tech Engineering. Its variability of control results in finely tuned roast profiles, showcasing the individual cup characteristics of each coffee.
Our Setting
Our purpose built micro-roastery is based in a beautiful and historic village on the outskirts of Carlisle in Cumbria, beside the River Eden.
